Chi Kung (pronounced “chee gung”) is an ancient Chinese healing art and health care system that integrates physical postures, movement exercises, breathing techniques and focused intention. It improves physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being, prevents disease and increases vitality by cleansing and restoring the natural flow of life energy.

Chi is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe. Kung means accomplishment or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Together, Chi Kung means cultivating energy.
